After many considerations, the Brise Paradise team has decided that there will not be any CEX listings before the Hotel construction is completed and open for business unless additional capital is raised in addition to the construction capital. This is only because we believe funds would be better spent if focused 100% on the construction, and spending 15-70k $ per listing is not worth risking the construction progress! We have discussed with few leading exchanges and they’re looking forward to list us, but of course for the fee! This shall be done when time is right for us.
This is only good news. This just assures everyone the commitment and persistence of the team to ensure the Hotel is up and running on schedule. The current capital at hand is solely for construction, and the Hotel will generate enough revenue to have multiple listings after first 6 months of operation. Remember, utilities bring adoption the most! If we keep on the current construction speed, we’ll be ready for opening party by August 2023. Till then keep supporting and spreading the news.
